In October 2025, Crux conducted a targeted industry survey to better understand how clean energy developers and manufacturers are approaching compliance with Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) rules. The survey reached 50 organizations across the clean energy ecosystem, and respondents represented a mix of roles, including supply chain, procurement, project development, tax, compliance, and executive leadership.
The findings offer a clear snapshot of how leading companies are assessing FEOC exposure, the challenges they are encountering, and the practices emerging as FEOC requirements take effect.
